1,244 people have reviewed a Hobo Lax product, and the average is 4.85 out of 5. 1,040 of those are verified purchases, meaning Judge.me matched the review to a real order. Another 365 people have reviewed us as a shop rather than a single product. The oldest review on the site is from October 2021 and we have never taken it down.

We publish the bad ones

80 reviews at three stars or lower are live on this site right now, sitting on the product pages under the good ones, where they belong.

Most of them say the same two things: a size ran small, or a print did not last the way it should have. Both are fair. Sizing feedback is why the size charts got rebuilt, and any print that fails gets replaced, no argument. If we only showed you the five-star ones, the average would not mean anything.

Wrong size, wrong item, print that failed early: email info@hobolax.com or use the contact form and we sort it. Returns and exchanges run on the standard refund policy, and shipping terms are on the shipping policy.

One of the reviews above is a five-star review left by somebody whose order was wrong at the time they wrote it. That is the bar.

How these reviews get collected

Reviews are collected and hosted by Judge.me, which sends the request after the order is delivered and marks a review as a verified purchase when it can match it to a real order. 1,040 of ours carry that mark. We cannot edit the text of a review and we do not delete them for being negative.

Reviewers appear as a first name and a last initial. Email addresses are never shown. 182 reviews include a photo the customer took, which is usually more useful than anything we could shoot ourselves. 190 different products have at least one review.
