We want you to love your gear! If you have an issue, you can start a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items.

Checkout+ :

We now offer return protection for all orders called checkout+ (Redo), which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase checkout+ for $1.98 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any eligible item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund or store credit for FREE.* Checkout+ covers all eligible items in the cart, you do not need to purchase checkout+ for each item.

If you choose not to buy checkout+, you can still return or exchange items, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached (if any).
  • Free gift promos: If returning items causes your order total to fall below the promo threshold, the free gift must also be returned. If you’d like to keep it, we’ll simply deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund. 
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: sale items, mystery boxes/products, socks, posters, tapestries, rugs, canvas prints, stickers, gift cards, or custom/team orders.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? No problem. Head to our Returns & Exchanges Portal to swap your item for the one you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Got something that’s not right or showed up damaged? Use the same Returns & Exchanges Portal to start a claim and upload a quick photo so we can see what happened. We’ll sort it fast and make it right.
