The shipping process is ridiculous. I had to pay $40 for shipping, that then took over two weeks and way longer than the quoted shipping when checking out. Now the package has arrived and I have to pay $40 for customs charges?! We order from the states all the time, this is absolutely ridiculous. What an incredible waste of money.
